about

"Heroes of Make Believe" is a collection of songs I have composed over the last 4 years since my move to New York. The music represents a culmination of all of my life's experiences and influences so far. The concept of the album started with the composition of "Sunshine Through the Clouds" as a requiem for my departed friend Daniel Gilmer. Every piece on the album has a special meaning to me and is an expression of very significant moments in my life. Each song is an embodiment of the excruciating pain, overwhelming joy, and everything in between, that I have experienced throughout my life.

-Bryan Copeland
